Description - The Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) Operations Directorate, Asset Visibility Division (COA) has a requirement for 100 percent inspection, comprehensive distress identification and analysis, and supplemental non-destructive data collection for all primary and secondary ranked airfield pavements at Keesler AFB, MS as indicated by Attachment 1. The contractor shall provide all necessary engineering, GIS, software, technology and related services, including Quality Control, required to collect, store, deliver, and analyze pavement distress data, various pavement attributes, pavement images, and data from all other specified sources, in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement
