Description - The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to solicit and award a fixed price award, on a sole source basis to A3 Systems (CAGE Code 7D4R3). This requirement will be for the procurement of the Composite Repair Sets with Part Number (P/N) 70-700-CRK-042, NSN 4920-01-590-6844, in support of the H-1, H-60 and Foreign Military Sales Programs. The Government intends to procure the above items under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 3204(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."
