Description - Description: The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency shall upgrade the local heating plant in Rygge camp. New local heating pipes shall be laid in the tenant, which shall be connected to a partially developed existing local heating network. The extent w ill stretch from the heat plant to be established outside the camp as a separate coming project, even heat exchangers in the technical rooms in the existing building. The competition will be held as an open tender contest, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 13-1.
