Description - Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) is looking to appoint a suitably experienced operator for a new community and sporting facility.MBC are the freeholder of a site, located at Bicknor Road in Parkwood where there were previously two buildings which have been demolished as part of a redevelopment scheme to provide new residential accommodation and a community/ sports hall (as shown in Appendix B).The new community and sporting facility will offer some 6296m2 of space and the intention is for the new facility to be operational from Summer 2025.
