Description - Description: The Commonwealth is increasingly reliant on space capabilities to achieve military effectiveness across all domains. Space is recognised as an increasingly congested, contested and competitive operational domain as both commercial enterp rises and nation states expand their presence in space. Defence Space Command (DSpC) intends to conduct procurements of global Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) space surveillance and tracking data as a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to meet Defence's SDA requirements.
