Description - Description As part of its cultural competence, the Urban Community is responsible for the management of the Museum of the Counts of Provence located in Brignoles. The Urban Community of Provence Verte is committed to a work program on the Musée des Comtes de Provence, which benefits from the designation Musée de France. This work consists of the renovation of the buildings, the installation of a new museography and the creation on site of new reserves meeting standards. Three buildings are impacted by this work: the current museum, the current municipal archives building and the Maison Champey. Since January 1, 2024, the MCP has been closed to the public.
