Description - From 1 January 2024, the municipalities will be responsible for collecting packaging from households. The responsibility also includes the recycling stations. Procurement object The procurement refers to the framework agreement for the collection of packaging from recycling stations (ÅVS) which can be found in Appendix 1 - List of recycling stations for transport to NSR's recycling facility at Hjorthögsvägen 1 in Helsingborg where packaging is to be handed over. The framework agreement covers all ÅVS within the municipality of Bjuv, Båstad municipality, Helsingborg city, Höganäs municipality, Åstorp municipality and Ängelholm municipality.
