Description - Description: Provision of PMM Training: general informationThis call for tenders is for the provision of PMM-related training based on four different lots detailed below. The target audience is Council of Europe staff members performing different fun ctions in the cooperation sector, including staff directly implementing projects and responsible for co-ordination and management.
