Description - RVO has been requested to prepare and collect all site data required for commercialdevelopers to prepare a competitive bid for a tender to win the permit to design, build andexploit.Commissioned by the Dutch Government several contracted enterprises (geophysical andgeotechnical contractors) will carry out the geophysical and geotechnical investigationsrequired to obtain the soil information at the offshore wind farms in the Netherlands. For thistender, RVO requests the services of Client Offshore Representatives to be present at thevessels or site of the geophysical and geotechnical site investigations in order to monitor theservices by the contractors
