Description - To include, but not limited to providing all parts, labor, materials, tools, and supervision in removal and replacement of existing corroded cleats (qty – 22) and pile guides (qty- 7) and only the necessary related fittings/hardware with same speci fication components. Ensure large cleats (18” L X 3”H X 2” W) are properly mounted to the pier with sufficient strength with backing plates to hold 40,000 lb. boat. Small cleats (12” L X 2 ½”H X 1 ½” W) are to be installed in the same location with sufficient strength to hold 10,000 lb. boat and may include backing plates. Provide all fasteners, railings, supports as necessary. Metal fasteners and cleats shall be galvanized steel.
