Description - The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France is releasing a solicitation for the cleaning of gutters in various US Government Buildings.    The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced tech nically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor.  The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.
