Description - The description of the services is described in the MAPA document in article 3 as well as the Unit Price Schedules (BPU) attached to the company consultation file.In accordance with articles R.2162-1 to 6 and R.2162-13 and 14 of the Public Procuremen t Code, the consultation will result in a framework agreement with single-award purchase orders.This framework agreement is concluded for a firm period of 12 months from June 1, 2024 or its notification if this is later. It may be renewed for a period of 12 months by express renewal a maximum of three times, i.e. a maximum total contract duration of 48 months.The delivery times for services are set out in article 1.4 of the MAPA document.
