Description - Description: SCOPE OF WORK The City of Havelock is soliciting proposals for the services of a firm/team for the following contract scope of work: Project Description: The City of Havelock was awarded, Carbon Reduction Program (CRP) funding for two pr ojects on Webb Boulevard and Church Road. The projects are federally funded and locally administered by the NC Department of Transportation. On Church Road a proposed new sidewalk (Exhibit A) will connect to existing pedestrian routes on the Highway 70 Service Road. There is existing curb and gutter on the west side of Church Road.
