Description - Description Hull City Council (The Authority) is seeking tenders from interested organisations to prepare a masterplan including identifying development priorities along with any evidence base feasibility analysis. The contract will commence 8th July 2024, end date 30 June 2025 with the option to extend up to a further 1 month. The Authority has estimated the value of the Services to be £240,000 overall.
