Description - Description: Through this Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP), the Simpcw First Nation invites Proponents to provide proposals for the Chinook Cove Water System Upgrades project (Project).The scope of work to be considered the “Base Proposal” is summarized in Section 2.1 Scope of Work of this NRFP.
