Description - The City of Chilliwack is seeking to engage the services of a qualified Consultant to comprehensively review and update the City’s form and character design guidelines (commercial, industrial, mixed use, residential, and small-scale multi-unit (inc l. coach house and garden suite). The overarching goal of this Project is to make it easier to review and build in the community, with simple guidelines and a predictable review and approval process.
