Description - The purpose of this Invitation for Bid is to obtain pricing on Cooling Water Treatment Chemical and related Services for the State Government Complex Buildings in Downtown Raleigh, NC, the SBI Building at 121Tryon Road, Raleigh, NC and the North Caro lina Museum of Art at 2110 Blue Ridge Road. The NC Department of Administration, Facility Management Division is responsible for providing a safe and healthful work environment for employees and the public in a cost-effective manner. This mission is accomplished by performing routine, preventative and emergency maintenance of state facilities.
