Description - Description: MACKINAW Special Equipment Annual Maintenance Requirements (Also known as Yellow Gear or Heavy Equipment) 1. SCOPE OF SERVICES: Intent. The Coast Guard proposes to enter into an agreement with a contractor to provide all parts and labor for maintenance on the equipment detailed in paragraph 1.3 Equipment. The contractor shall leave behind 1 gallon of each type of fluid in an approved container with MSDS to facilitate top offs throughout the year (grease excluded). The location where maintenance is expected to be performed is 632 Coast Guard Drive Cheboygan Mi.49721 (no exceptions). All work shall be completed IAW the manufacturer’s maintenance manual or technical publications
