Description - The Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC") intends to negotiate and award a sole-source contract for the procurement of various commodity and financial data feeds from London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG).  Specifically, CFTC intends to procure Eikon Premium and Commodities subscriptions.  CFTC intends to procure this requirement under FAR 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.  CFTC intends to award a contract with a one-year base period, and four one-year options, for a total period of performance of five years.
