Description - Description: Fair Oak & Horton Heath Parish Council is seeking to appoint a suitable contractor to carry out construction, foundation and surface works for a cemetery access road.The summarised scope of works includes:Remove existing tarmac and excav ate root heaved areas. re fill root heaved areas with type 1 on top of weed suppressing membrane, re roll formation and place 100mm of Haymer warren self-binding path gravel or similar self-binding path gravel. Create tarmac path at school back entrance with edgings, 70mm binder and 30mm 6mm surface course. Construction dimension 165m length 3.2m width to a minimum standard of Hampshire County Council standard detail.The summarised scope of works
