Description - Description: The project will consist of construction of landfill Cells 12B & 13 and the relining of the County’s leachate lagoon at the landfill, 5210 US Highway 421 North, Wilmington, NC. The construction period for the project will be 270 days f rom the notice to proceed to substantial completion and an additional 30 days to final completion.
