Description - The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Agilent Technologies for Cary 60 UV-VIS spectrophotometer systems by using brand name per (FAR) 13.106-1 (b) (1). This notice of intent is not a request for co mpetitive quotations.
