Description - Description: The London Borough of Enfield (‘the Council) is undertaking this pre-procurement market engagement/discovery exercise to gather market intelligence and views regarding a provision of Carriageway Recycling & Resurfacing Works Contract.T he works will primarily comprise inlaid carriageway resurfacing between 40 & 100mm deep with short programmes of insitu Carriageway Recycling including an asphaltic overlay, surface dressing and or specialist surface treatments dependent on site conditions as well as all associated road marking coring/ site investigation and some minor footway, verge and drainage works.
