Description - USTRANSCOM is seeking sources that possess the availability and capability to provide Cargo Tally and Checker (TC) services at the Port of Bremerhaven, Germany in connection with the import and export of Defense Transportation System (DTS) sponsored cargo.  TC services will cover the full spectrum of cargo accountability, movement, and its documentation of US Military cargo (e.g. containers, vehicles, breakbulk, and rotary or fixed wing aircraft) transitioning through the Port of Bremerhaven.
