Description - The Clean Energy Regulator’s (CER) purpose is to accelerate carbon abatement for Australia. In execution of this purpose the CER advocates for participation in the various schemes that it administers through public forums and publications. An effec tive vehicle for this advocacy has been the funding of a national educational series that covers the financial, education and social benefits of carbon markets and the government schemes that underpin them. Accordingly, the Commonwealth as represented by CER (the Customer) is seeking submissions for the provision of the services (the Requirement) as described in this Request for Tender.
