Description - The Defense Finance and Accounting Service, Columbus, Ohio (DFAS-CO) has a requirement for Canine Bedbug Detection Services at the DFAS-Columbus location, 3990 E. Broad St., Building 21, Columbus, Ohio 43213.  There are eight floors in Building 21 i ncluding the basement.  Each quarter two of the eight floors (not all eight floors) will be inspected.   This is a 100 percent Small Business Set Aside.  The requirement is for one base and four option years.   Please review the RFQ document, attached.  Complete and return the following forms with your quote: Attachment 1, Schedule of Items Form, and Attachment 2, Provisions and Clause Form.   END
