Description - The fifth phase of the charter will end in December 2023. It is important to keep the charter alive to support the objectives of the road safety policy. In order to remain effective, operational and dynamic and to strengthen the network's activities, renew/expand commitments and mobilize new members, many different activities should be covered by the contract (communication with stakeholders, management of voluntary commitments, animation of the website, newsletters, workshops in Member States, award ceremonies, etc.).
