Description - This is a Sources Sought notice ONLY to identify companies capable of performing Full Food Services (FFS) at the Consolidated Dining Facility (CDF) and additional external dining facilities located within Camp Shelby, MS. The general scope of work co nsists of dining facility management functions, food preparation, facility sanitation and janitorial duties. Usage of the government facilities will consist of usage of cooking, serving, sanitation and janitorial supplies and equipment. Contractor will be responsible for acquiring food items.
