Description - Description: The International Expert will undertake an assessment of the state of social dialogue in Kosovo, following the methodological note attached to this vacancy. The work will start with a review of the legal and institutional frameworks regu lating social dialogue, labour relations, collective bargaining and dispute resolution, benchmarking these against ILO Conventions and the EU acquis. The Expert will also map the main social partners - trade unions and employers’ organizations - focusing on their organizational structures, membership, inclusiveness, and capacity for dialogue.
