Description - Description: The purpose of this Call for Manifestation of Interest (AMI) of the Sourcing type is to allow the Grande Est region to know more precisely the contractual and financial issues of economic operators, and to discuss the acquisition of regi onal reversible train (RRR). The replacement of regional reversible trains (RRR) and BB22200 locomotives, traveling in the Grand Est region, is envisaged for the start of the 2030 annual service (i.e. mid-December 2029).
