Description - Notice of Intent (Sole Source) The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announces its intention to negotiate and issue a sole source award to Comcast of Maryland Limited Partnership, One Comcast Center, 1701 JFK BLVD. Philadelphia PA 19103-2838 for continued internet and cable tv services.  There will be service interruption and additional infrastructure requirements if the service is procured through another provider as Comcast has the current infrastructure built at the sites, including the point of entry for the service.  Only one responsible source is able to satisfy agency requirements. CPSC intends to negotiate this requirement under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and 41 U.S.
