Description - Description: The Contractor agrees to provide California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Division of Rehabilitative Programs (DRP), with Long Term Offender Reentry Recovery (LTORR) Program (hereafter referred to as the Program) s ervices. All Program services shall be in accordance with this Agreement and all applicable local, city, county and state statutes, regulations and ordinances.
