Description - Description: The Department of Parks and Recreation, Angeles District, is seeking qualified bids from contractors to provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to perform refuse disposal services, as described in Exhibit A, Attachme nt 1, Refuse Disposal Service Specifications, necessary to pick-up, transport, recycle, and dispose of refuse from multiple locations within Los Angeles State Historic Park and Pio Pico State Historic Park. All work to be done by the contractor, subcontracting is not permitted under the terms of this agreement.
