Description - Sources Sought Notice THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a request for proposal. There will not be a solicitation issued at this time. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital, 200 Springs Rd. Bedford, MA, 01730 has a requirement for professional architectural and engineering (A/E) services necessary to develop a complete detailed systems analysis report with recommendations for future replacement of the existing steam and hydronic heating system in Buildings 78 and 78A and to identify immediate repair/replacement of components that pose imminent safety concerns.
