Description - This action is to establish a contract for the acquisition of the C-130H Air Data Computer, NSN: 6610-01-443-8396 LG, PN 9D-81050-1. The Government intends to award a single requirements contract for the acquisition of the C-130H Air Data Computer. T his sole source effort will be awarded IAW FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, under which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only Innovative Solutions and Support Inc.
