Description - The C-17 Program Management Office has a requirement that is for a firm-fixed price contract for NSN: 4920-01-304-4952, Test Adapter, Oxygen Analyzer, P/N 17G490007-1 , which includes one First Article, one First Article Test Plan, and one First Arti cle Test Report. The Oxygen Analyzer will be used to measure the oxygen concentration in the Nitrogen Enriched Air (NEA) supplied by an on-board inert gas generating system (OBIGGS) in the C-17’s fuel cavities.
