Description - Description: A structural assessment of the Golden Ridge Pumping Station tanker garage, has indicated the need for repairs and renovation to be made to the facility. In addition to the general concerns regarding the aesthetics around the station, the compromised structure also poses a significant health and safety risk, making the situation around the garage condition untenable. All of the column supports are also compromised and are showing significant signs of cracking and in dire need of replacement (see Figure 2).
