Description - The University of Warwick wishes to establish a Measured Term Framework Agreement for undertaking Building construction and refurbishment projects including, but not limited to, new build, extensions and refurbishments and may require Contractors Des ign. For Works values up to £75,000 (seventy five thousand pounds) exc VAT and Contractors Design fees.The Framework Agreement will provide for the delivery of projects across the entire University of Warwick Estate, Coventry and include the Stratford Innovation Campus at Wellesbourne.It is the intention to have a single source Contractor for the Framework to undertake these works based on the National Schedule of Rates.The Framework is intended
