Description - Description: In the procurement, we are looking for an HVAC, Electrical and RAU designer for the renovation of the Vetel school centerThe target is the school center of Vetel municipality, which consists of four separate buildings. Basic education cl asses 0-9 and high school. One of the buildings (Kaskela) is not subject to repair and will be demolished after the new facilities are completed.The buildings are of pillar-and-beam construction and brick cladding. The water cover is bituminous felt. The bottom is a concrete slab on the ground.The procurement is a project plan made by Arkkitehtoimisto Paloranta Oy.IdeaStructura Oy has done a condition and repair needs assessment for the buildings
