Description - NASA/Johnson Space Center (JSC) has a requirement for a revision to the existing design package for the Building 221 Replace Switchgears Project and to initiate a design for replacing and upgrading the Switchgears Tie-Bus. NASA/JSC intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire the services from the Architecture/Engineering (A/E) Firm of Burns & McDonnell (B&McD).  Some of the B221 Switchgear Project design was covered under the B221 Replace Ring Bus Project, which was design by a different A/E firm.  Specifically, some of the AC panels, DC panels and manual DC transfer switches called out in the Switchgears design were replaced in B221A, B221B and B221F by the Ring Bus Project.  Addi
