Description - Description The paved street network of Sodankyläs central drive and the parking areas are cleaned of sandblasting sand and other debris during May-June, however, as soon as weather conditions permit. The work must be completed in its entirety by Ju ne 16, 2024. Brushing should be done with a wetting and collecting brush machine to prevent dusting.There is about 93km of paved street network and areas about 15000m2.After the removal of sandblasting, roadways, light traffic lanes, markets and parking areas, as well as islands, must be clean and dust-free.The use of a leaf blower and open brushing without watering is prohibited.Sandblasting sand is collected and must not be brushed into tributa
