Description - Description: Construction of site improvements and associated work at the Brooks Memorial Library in Brattleboro, Vermont. The project is located at 224 Main Street in Brattleboro, Vermont. The project will be constructed in two phases so that the Br ooks Memorial Library will always be fully accessible. Phase “A” will include work on the east side of the Library on Main Street. Phase “B” will consist of work on the west side of the library adjacent to the Municipal Center parking lot.
