Description - Description: Project Overview:Altac Mechanical has been awarded the Brennan Park Rec Center revitalization project. As part of this project we are looking to upgrade the buildings existing mechanical systems. We have decided to build an external mech anical room to provide additional space to upgrade the buildings heating and cooling systems from RTUs to Heating and Chilled, 4 pipe fan coils. In order to achieve this we need to utilize the Arena Refrigeration system to provide additional heating to our system. This tender is closing on June 6, at 2:00 PST.
