Description - Description: It is desired to conclude framework agreements with a maximum of 3 economic operators, according to the provisions of art. 114 and art. 115, paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 letter b of Law 98/2016, in conjunction with article 9, paragraph 3 letter b of HG 395/2016, with subsequent amendments. The contracts subsequent to the framework agreement will be concluded monthly, quarterly, semiannually, depending on the available budget funds and the needs of the contracting authority. Subsequent contracts will be concluded without resumption of completion in accordance with art. 118 letter a of Law 98/2016, with the bidder ranked first, in the event that the first bidder does not support it
