Description - Blanket Purchase Request for Dry Docking Maintenance and Vessel Repair This Sources Sought Notice will be utilized by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Nashville District to establish a list of sources interested in Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for services related to Dry Docking Maintenance and Vessel Repair. A Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) as defined by FAR 13.303(a) is a simplified method of filling anticipated repetitive needs for supplies or services by establishing "charge accounts" with qualified sources of supply. The BPA does not guarantee, nor obligate the Government to, any orders to a BPA holder in any way. The agreements will have a period of performance of five (5) year
