Description - The North Carolina Army National Guard anticipates awarding multiple award BPAs (Blanket Purchase Agreement) for catered meal services. The intent is to have a BPA holder act as a liaison between the Government and the approved feeding establishments . BPA holders will coordinate feeding with, and make payments to, the establishments. They will ensure soldiers across approximately 150 armory locations are fed and subcontractors receive payment in a timely manner. The BPA holder is able to request establishments be added to the list, but the Government must inspect and approve.
