Description - The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey intends to issue a Sole Source, Fixed Price contract to the Raytheon Company (CAGE Code 96214) for the procurement of fourteen (14) Fixture, Aircraft Maintenance, Part Number (PN) 85000245-1, and twenty-one (21) Boresight Module Assemblies, Part Number 85000250-1, in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) H-60 programs. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements" for this action. Raytheon Company is the sole developer, designer and manufacturer of the above support
