Description - The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract under FAR 13.501(a) to Dr. John Mortimer, Historians Anonymous, to produce eight chapters of a twenty-two chapter book on U. S. Army operations in Afghanistan from 2009 through 2011 in support of the Center of Military History (CMH).
