Description - Description: This is a planning service for structural planning for performance levels 1-4.On the site of the Von Seydlitz barracks in Kalkar, a new building for the National Support Elements (NSEs) is to be built as an "International House" for the US, Belgian and Dutch armed forces.In order to provide adequate accommodation, the international house should be implemented according to national standards for the guest armed forces.
