Description - The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is issuing solicitations to obtain a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) for the services of real estate appraisers to provide Rent Comparability Studies (RCS) for HUD in one designated geograph ic regions of the United States. This solicitation is associated with pre-solicitation Notice ID: 86614124R00001-2-3-4 issued on December 17, 2023.  The BPA will provide HUD with a contracting vehicle to place call orders for obtaining rent comparability studies for multifamily properties.
